Units 12 & 13 Bracknell Beeches are adjoining units within the Bracknell Beeches business park, offering 20,000 square foot of office space. Prospace were appointed to design and build the CAT A refurbishment incorporating the CAT B services for the incoming tenant. The design also considered the potential of leasing the units independently, or as a joint unit in the future.
Completion on time with a seamless handover was key to the landlord and incoming tenant due to the imminent expiry of the tenant’s lease on their current property.

Key Objectives

The deadline was crucial with the works as the incoming tenant had their own works planned. During the works, Prospace worked with the client and their future tenant to customise the works and incorporate the CAT B services design to the incoming tenant’s specification.  The project was delivered on time and under budget.
