Project overview

is a multi-tenanted commercial property comprising of 6 floors of office space. Prospace were appointed to undertake the refurbishment works of the vacant second floor and demised toilets including upgrade works to the communal toilets and the reception.

The purpose of the works was to bring the space up to a high standard of finish in order to help agents market the space and encourage interest from prospective tenants.

Key Objective

The mechanical and electrical installation needed to be to the highest quality as these services were to remain exposed. Prospace were also tasked with designing the services and in doing so, coordination between the lighting, fire alarm and air conditioning was a key feature for compliance, functionality and aesthetics.

It was also paramount the existing tenant’s businesses were not disrupted in any way during the works. All deliveries, noisy works and communal works were coordinated with the existing tenants but predominantly carried out outside normal office working hours.
