Project overview

Redwing Court is a modern 2 storey office building situated in an industrial environment. The existing ground floor was previously refurbished to a CAT A standard. Prospace were appointed to strip the areas back to the core structure and re-fit to a high specification. Due to the client’s relocation objectives, the works commenced on site with 3 days notice. The programme was maintained despite the project incorporating over 50 variations ranging from additional data requirements to furniture relocation.

Key Objectives

Initial concentration and focus was given to the design and procurement of the corporate signage, data installations, CCTV, access control, gas suppression system, comms room layout & the fire alarm.  Once developed, these areas of the scope were incorporated into the programme.  Certain fixtures & finished required Landlord Consent and in obtaining this, some late design amendments were undertaken.  With the works incorporating the clients move including all data cabinets/comms room, stores, desks, chairs, furniture, pre-packed crates etc., the finished project was to a turnkey status.
