RECEPTION, 8-10 THROGMORTON AVENUE

Project overview

Reception – 8-10 Throgmorton Avenue is a four storey property in the heart of the city near Bank and Liverpool Street station. Further to refurbishing the 2nd floor space (see separate case study), Prospace were commissioned to carry out the refurbishment of the ground floor reception in the same building on behalf of the Landlord.  This was to bring it up to a modern standard and assist with letting the vacant floors.

Key Objectives

All works were carries out over 7 consecutive weekends to avoid any disruption to the tenants or their respective businesses.  A full builders clean was carried out every Sunday night.
