Project overview

Is a multi-let office building on Old Street.  With the tenant vacated, Prospace were awarded the contract to strip out the existing tenants fit out on the first floor and refurbish it to a high-quality CAT A standard with exposed services.  During the works one of the tenants, who occupied three of the other floors vacated so Prospace were given an extension of time to refurbish the further three floors.

Key Objective

It was important that all works were completed as quickly as possible to bring the floors to market as there were four floors now vacant. The exposed services installations had to be of the highest quality.  The project was delivered on time and under budget.
