Project overview

Building 1 Aviator Park is a high-quality multi-let office building within Aviator Business Park in Addlestone. With the tenant vacated, Prospace were awarded the contract to strip out the existing tenants fit out and refurbish the floor to a Cat A standard. This was so it could be put on the market for letting.

Key Objectives

It was important that all works were completed as quickly as possible so that the agents could market and let the space. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
