Project overview

4 Moorgate is a five storey commercial property in the heart of the City. Our brief was to strip out the 4th floor & fit out to CAT A open plan office for letting. All existing partitioning, blinds, moving wall, tea point & plasterboard ceilings were stripped out. The fit out consisted of lighting, air conditioning, ceiling, flooring repairs & decorations.

Key Objectives

Timing was of paramount importance on this project as the Landlord had re-let the office space.  Due consideration was given to neighbouring tenants and all noisy works were carried out outside of normal working hours.  The project was delivered snag-free, early and under budget to enable the incoming tenant to start sooner.
