Project overview

Stanford House in Floral Street, Covent Garden is a Grade II listed building with commercial and residential occupants. Our brief was to refurbish, revive and renew the complete common parts from ground to 5th floor including lift car, lift lobbies and reception. The works were carried out at a variety of times throughout the day, night, and weekends to eradicate any disruption to the tenants. Health & Saftey was a paramount concern and all tenants were kept constantly informed on the day to day status of works through direct communication, notices and site signage.

Key Objectives

Many aspects of the work had to be completed within a very specific time frame to maintain fire escape routes.  All plant and materials were delivered and taken away on a daily basis as there were no storage areas.  Site cleanliness was maintained at all times.
