CASE STUDY- 40-48-FASHION STREET

Project overview
40-48 Fashion Street is the London campus of Glasgow Caledonian University.  These premises were newly refurbished by the Landlord prior to the Tenant taking occupancy.  Our brief was to undertake various modifications to optimise the function of the space for both students and lecturers.  Due consideration was also given to the residential neighbours when carrying out all works. All aspects of the works were completed within their respective deadlines and delivered snag free.

Key objectives
Prospace were required to carry out all works ensuring that the day to day running of the University was not affected.  Many aspects of the work had to be completed with short notice and within a very specific time frame to accommodate lectures, or open days for example.  Site cleanliness was maintained at all times, and some works were completed out of hours.
