CASE STUDY- 30 ANGEL GATE

Project overview
30 Angel Gate is a multi-tenanted building.  Our brief was to convert the ground floor vacated office space to an open plan CAT A for future letting.  In order to do this, we stripped out all existing partitioning, tea point, fixtures and fittings.  To make the space more attractive to prospective tenants, we were also instructed to take out the existing suspended ceiling, fire alarms and lighting.  Subsequently, we installed a new metal pan Microlook ceiling, new light fittings and a new fire detection system.  The entire area was decorated and carpeted.

Key objectives
Timing was of paramount importance on this project in order for the Landlord to re-let the office space.  Due consideration was given to neighbouring tenants within the building and all noisy works were carried out outside of normal working hours.  The project was delivered snag free, on time and within budget.
